Venue
A stylish, modern venue with exciting airy open event spaces and a 2500 sq metre main showroom, Cranmore Park is a great alternative to conventional hotels and exhibition halls in the Solihull area and its flexibility means it has hosted everything from a gaming tournament to trade shows and conferences.
Cranmore Park is built over two levels incorporating three superb and flexible event spaces, two purpose built restaurants and a Coffee Lounge, outdoor terraces, eight meeting rooms, a private reception and free parking for over 400 cars.
Main Showroom
The Main Showroom is a blank canvas of 2445 square metres and is situated on the ground floor. It can be hired as an empty space or with slat walling which can be used to create stands or to section off area and is perfect for exhibitions and large conferences. It has a roller shutter door access which makes loading and unloading simple as well as air conditioning and a public announcement system.
Connaught Room
The Connaught room is 157 square metres and is situated on the first floor, with lift access. It has great natural daylight with double aspect windows and its own private balcony terrace, along with air conditioning. It is perfect for any event, conference or meeting.
Cranmore Suite
The Cranmore suite is 336 square metres and is situated on the first floor, with lift access. With windows all along its longest side the Cranmore suite enjoys fantastic natural daylight – making it a popular choice for smaller exhibitions and conferences. It has air conditioning and built in AV system including electric screen, ceiling mounted LCD projector and PA system.
Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms 1 to 6 are smaller meeting rooms suitable for between 2-40 people. They can be used on their own or in conjunction with other meeting rooms as syndicates. All the meeting rooms are on the first floor except Meeting room 4 which is on the ground floor.
The Dining Room
There are two restaurants at Cranmore Park – The Dining Room is on the ground floor near the main Showroom and the Eating House is on the first floor near the other meeting rooms. Both bright and airy restaurants are able to seat around 150 guests or furniture can be removed to facilitate a reception event for up to 250. The serving area can provide anything from a simple cup of tea to an extravagant hot and cold buffet and these can be served on an inclusive package or retail.

The Coffee Lounge
The Coffee Lounge is an informal area which can be used as a reception or break out area for up to 80 people. It has an open air terrace, luxurious leather seating and freshly ground coffee machines to help guests relax. We can also serve food in the Coffee Lounge – anything from breakfast to cakes and canapés! A very flexible and attractive space.
