Our frequently asked questions aim to answer all different types of queries we receive into us here at Cranmore Park. We hope this will help you discover key information about the services and facilities we provide.
1. Do you provide WI-FI?
WI-FI is included free of charge throughout the whole of our venue; the code will be provided to you upon your arrival.
2. What parking options are there?
Our large on-site car park is free of charge, it can currently hold up to 220 cars plus an overflow Car Park B that takes capacity up to 400 in total.
3. Are electricity points free of charge?
Yes, which is great news for Exhibitors wishing to have individual electricity points for their stands; thus avoiding those expensive “hidden extras”!
4. Do you provide Shell Scheme Panels?
Yes we have an on-site shell scheme system which our in-house team will build these to suit your requirements, whether that being to create an individual exhibitor booth area or to just section off a certain area of space!
5. Are Screens and Projectors provided?
The Cranmore Suite, Connaught Room and our other smaller Meeting Rooms are all internally equipped with a LCD Projector and Screens, this is also free of charge!
6. Do you have Microphones?
Our Cranmore Suite is fully equipped with a handheld Microphone and also a lapel Microphone. AV can be added in to all of our rooms and is provided by our preferred supplier, Quadrant Events.
7. Do you offer Disabled access?
We have a Disabled Access Lift, providing accessibility to all of our Meeting Rooms.
8. What time do you open?
Standard open hours are 08.00 – 17.30, Monday – Friday. However check with your event organiser, as we are flexible with each and every event so timing will change depending on the event requirements.
9. Do you have an ATM on-site?
Unfortunately not. The nearest one is on Cranmore Boulevard, which is a 4 minute walk away.
10. Do you have a café or restaurant on-site open to the public?
Unfortunately not. We have in-house caterers which provide delicious lunches and refreshments for our events, but nowhere to purchase a drink on an ad-hoc basis.
11. Do you allow organisers to bring their own food, or use external caterers?
Unfortunately not. But our on-site caterers are excellent and providing the unusual, so if there is a particular style of catering you want to offer, speak to the events team who will be able to check with our caterers.
12. Can you display cars in your exhibition hall?
You can in the Diamond Suite. Unfortunately the Platinum Suite has a suspended floor, so is unable to take the weight load. However there are options outside to display vehicles – just speak to our Event Manager.
13. Is there an option to hang banners or branding on the outside of the venue?
Banners can be hung on the main balcony just above reception, but this must be agreed with our Event Manager in advance.
