‘The warm greeting by the staff in this modern, clean environment was a good first impression, as the day progressed the impression became wholly justified. Exhibitor’s stands had plenty of room to look at the products, of which there was a good cross section, the suppliers seemed more relaxed even though the show was busy, and discussing our requirements fell on listening ears rather than straight to the order pads. Having expected to have seen it all by lunch-time this was not the case and with the added bonus of free refreshments, alongside a free lunch which was well presented, tasty and plentiful, set us up to carry on purchasing.’
