Big and sincere thank you to you for all your immense support and help in organising two Britvic IT Conferences – both before and especially on the day.
When planning the Day and also during the Day, you have always communicated back to me promptly and also so positively. I especially appreciated the flexibility and additional suggestions from you – both large and small - which made such a big difference and truly gave me and my colleagues added value in service. This is vital in a customer service industry which I personally recognise and I fully appreciate.
My note of recognition and appreciation is extended by many of my colleagues.
I am aware that whilst you provide the majority of the guidance and help to me that there are a lot of colleagues who also helped. Therefore my big and sincere thank you extends to everyone at Cranmore Park as everyone I met was extremely helpful, polite and with a lovely smile
I hope that we can work together again soon.

After last year we were able to develop the conference further and the team at Cranmore Park could not do enough to facilitate this.
The Cranmore Park team were excellent at both set up and clear down as well as at the conference itself.
The conference was a great success helped by the team at Cranmore Park who could not do enough to help!

Your organisation has organised a meeting, one that involves potential clients, partners or suppliers. The purpose of the get together is to flesh out the terms for a new business arrangement - one that can benefit your organisation. Eager to agree a deal and get the other party to sign on the dotted line, you want to make the best possible impression with them.

Bringing the other party into your office might not be the best course of action, particularly if you're pressed for space or there is a lot of activity at your business premises. You don't want to give the wrong impression, and put any negative thoughts in the other party's mind.

Imagine the possibilities if you are able to hold the floor for a few minutes, with hundreds - or even thousands - of eyes on you. Daunting as this might be, it's one of the best ways to raise awareness of your brand.
