Dedicated Events Team

We offer a pair of rooms - the Cranmore Suite and the Connaught Room - which are perfect for conferences, seminars, smaller trade exhibitions and networking events. These can be set up by our dedicated events team to meet your needs, whatever they may be! We offer:

  • Bright spacious rooms with lots of natural light
  • The Connaught Room has an area of 137 sq m
  • The Cranmore Suite is even larger at 336 sq m
  • Both are fully-air conditioned
  • Access to the outdoors is via a balcony in the Cranmore Suite and a terrace in the Connaught Room
  • Both rooms come with:
    • an integrated LCD projector and screen
    • built-in tannoy system
    • free wi-fi

Versatile Conference Venue

Furthermore, our venue is one of the most versatile in the Birmingham area. We can set up the rooms however you want them, to suit the event you have planned. They can be theatre-style - with rows of seats facing the front - or you might prefer a U-shaped plan, or to have everyone around a central table.

Whatever your event is, we can set up the rooms in a way that will be most useful. Just ask our dedicated events team and they will ensure your room is set up perfectly.

Catering Facilities

The people attending your event will need feeding, but don't worry: we've got that covered! We have two restaurants at Cranmore Park - the Dining Room and the Eating House - as well as an informal Coffee Lounge on the first floor.

  • Each restaurant can accommodate 150 people as standard, but can be set up for 250
  • They serve a range of food, from cold snacks to full hot meals, depending on your requirements
  • Our menu can be altered if you want - we are more than happy to negotiate it with you
  • The Coffee Lounge is more informal, designed for up to 80 people. It is perfect for mid-conference breaks!

Midlands Location

Cranmore Park is located just off Junction Four of the M42, meaning it is within easy reach of Birmingham, Solihull and many other West Midlands locations. Our car park is private and free for conference attendees. The venue is also easily accessible by public transport, with good rail links from Birmingham and many other stations.

These features and more are what makes Cranmore Park an excellent alternative to conventional hotels and exhibition halls in the Birmingham, Solihull and West Midlands area.
