Our open platform video conferencing rooms allow you to sign into your chosen VC application so you can video call anyone around the world. Using our HD camera with enhanced zoom means you can showcase your latest products or simply catch up with head office.
Choice of Meeting Rooms
We have six rooms available on the first floor of our venue for you to use for everything from an important training session, an interview, or a meeting with your investors. Each meeting room features:

- Chairs and tables, which can be arranged in a layout to suit your meeting or event
Dedicated Events Team
Our dedicated events team can set the room out in several styles. For example, we can arrange chairs around a square or oval table for a meeting with plenty of discussion. Alternatively, we can put the chairs in rows facing the front of the room; perfect for presentations!
For the best of both worlds, we can arrange the chairs in a 'U' shape to allow discussion while still being centred on the front. If you have an alternative layout in mind, talk to us and we'll see what we can do!
