COVID-19 safety measures at Cranmore Park and INDX trade shows

Our guidance has recently changed in line with Government regulations for large indoor events, including trade shows.

We are pleased to confirm that INDX shows can take place within the current regulations. Visitors to Cranmore Park will be required to show proof of their COVID-19 status and wear a face covering.

The safety, wellbeing and comfort of our visitors and exhibitors is our paramount concern and we will continue to take all the necessary steps to ensure our venue is safe in line with the Events Industry Guidelines and Government regulations.

Please read the guidance below to prepare for your visit

The UK government’s coronavirus (COVID-19) rules on entering certain venues and events changed on 15 December 2021.

Visitors will need to show proof of one of the following:

  • Vaccination - Full (double) vaccination against COVID-19 with approved vaccine/s.
  • Exemption - On the basis of a medical exemption or clinical trial participation.
  • Negative test - A negative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or lateral flow test (LFT) within the last 48 hours.

Proof of natural immunity will not be accepted as an alternative to proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test, and we can no longer permit entry to those who self-declare.

Whilst we only ask for one of the above pieces of COVID-status certification, we encourage those who are vaccinated to also take a lateral flow test before visiting the venue.

UK visitors must demonstrate their COVID-19 status using one of the following methods:
  • NHS COVID Pass to show proof of your double vaccination. This can be accessed through the NHS App, the NHS website, or as a letter that can be requested by ringing the NHS 119 service.
  • A text or email confirming a negative test result from NHS Test and Trace, received within the last 48 hours.
Visitors from outside the UK should present one of the following:
  • Proof of double vaccination, including the EU Digital COVID Certificate (EU DCC).
  • A text or email confirming a negative test result from NHS Test and Trace, received within the last 48 hours.
